Matthew is a third generation veg grower with a whole lifetime of experience from helping he parents and grandparents as a child on their family farm in West Chiltington.

 Matthew grows a variety of produce that can be picked to specification and/or grown using specific methods that are implemented to try and achieve a variety of end product results. (For example, this year he is growing elephant garlic, which has comically large bulbs, offering a mild form of garlic that is delicious)

 Using a min till approach to growing, Matts products are left to their own devises to grow alongside the weeds and bugs, ensuring that the Produce he is growing is rich In flavor and as it should be. Increasing soil productivity and sustainability is at the forefront of his growing mantra, not only increasing the ethics but also the quality behind his produce.  

 Leaving the soil structure intact lets the biology do it for him. Nematodes in the soil are enhancing nutrients structure and by doing this he is also protecting himself against water logging through the wet months.
