Extra Virgin Olive oil Done properly

When I think of olive oil and EVOO, I imagine vast areas of dense olive groves on bare ground, and for the most part, many groves ares like this, But not Savinos!

Passed down by his grandparents, his small patch of luscious ground is home to a mixture of generational olive trees. Producing a small crop of olives every year, which Savino himself harvests, these trees produce and olive oil like no other. Harvested by hand it doesn’t get much more artisanal.

Picked, pressed and canned under the watchful eye of saving is what makes this artisan, small batch olive so perfectly individual and delicious. With generations of experience passed through his family, extra virgin olive oil runs in his blood and caring for his trees is not a passion but a right of passage.

We first met savino 7 years ago as he was working in a pub we supplied. We noticed the olive oil on the bar and asked a few questions. It is fairly rare that ‘pub talk’ pulls through, but in the case it far surpassed our expectations and we have been thrilled to be supplying our customers with this amazing olive oil on and off for the last 4 years.

Fruity peppery, moderately bitter and available to our customers.
